Return/Refund Policy

15-Day Return Policy
You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at lotthub99@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and ensure it is resolved promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
We recommend returning the item first. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the item you want.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
